Description

Description of the project (incl. objectives, project components, beneficiaries, etc.):

The project was focused on delivering training on entrepreneurship skills for unemployed persons from all regions in Macedonia. CEED has been engaged by UNDP to design and deliver the training in two cycles, to approximately 1400 unemployed individuals who were involved in the Government’s Self-employment program. The purpose was to help them develop / improve their business ideas and concepts, better plan all aspects of starting a business and develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Description of the delivered services by CEED:

Throughout the project, CEED designed the curriculum, developed the training materials, organized a network of consultants / trainers to deliver the program and implemented the program in all major cities in Macedonia.

Project results and impact achieved:

As a result, 1294 unemployed persons with business ideas completed the program and submitted their business ideas for evaluation. A total number of 72 trainings/groups of 4-day training have been delivered during a period of 4 months.
