CEED Hub is created to support innovative startups to thrive in their development process and reach the next scale. In order to do so, CEED Hub have developed high quality programs that stand out by their unique, personalized approach. These programs were developed with support by more than 40 foreign experts from different fields, blended with local Macedonian expertise and know-how, that gave a complex, but rather effective approach to preparing startups to develop, and conquer new markets while implementing highly functional internal operations.

CEED Hub implements 3 types of programs for startups:

01 Pre-Acceleration Program

Pre-Acceleration Programs is designed for teams or individuals who are still in the process of
developing their innovative ideas. The goal is to support participants to take into consideration all the aspects required for a sustainable business, test the idea on real potential customers and decide whether they can move forward in the development. 02 Acceleration Program

Acceleration Program is designed for startups at a very early stage of development where business models are still to be developed and/or improved, product-market for is tested and advanced financial projections are done. In this program members of the CEED Business Angels Club are involved as guest lecturers or mentors. Each of the teams pitch in front of the business angels at the end of the program. 03 Investment Readiness Program

Investment Readiness Program is a 12-week program where 7-10 teams of revenue-phase startups redesign their business model and comprehend a viable plan to pitch, implement and effectively manage an investment. During the program startups closely collaborate with business angels from the CEED Business Angels Club, mentors, professionals and fellow startups who have undergone the process. The program ends with pitch and 1-2 investments done by business angels from the CEED Business Angels Club.
